This course will give a basic explanation of the law -- its sources, development, terminology -- and a discussion of specific legal doctrines and principles which affect business, with an introduction to business organizations such as corporations and partnerships, criminal contracts, legal documents and property.

This course will focus on topics of management, organization, relationship to computers and system approach.  Emphasis is placed on planning, design, and implementation of systems for managerial decision making.  Provides a broad foundation in the concept of modern information systems, information processing and information technologies in the corporate and organizational environments.
